The Wrench is a power-up item that made its debut in Vigilante 8. The Wrench is a power-up that served as the game's health recovery system, with each wrench recovering a vehicle's health by about a fourth of its total health. They are wrench-shaped objects found randomly in any stage in each Vigilante 8 title.
