Jade Champion is a character from the series Interstate '76, which is considered the origin of the main plot for Vigilante 8. Jade Champion was reportedly originally going to be a playable character within the original Vigilante 8 series, but was cut before the game was finalized. Champion's vehicle appears to be similar to Houston 3's in game vehicle and no Special Weapon is pictured on it.
