Dallas 13 is a fictional character in the vehicle action series Vigilante 8.

Overview

Houston wasn't the last human to fall prey to OMAR's cyborg program. 2017: Dallas 13 was the latest biobot to come out of OMAR's cybernetics labs. Created about five months prior to the events of Vigilante 8: 2nd Offense, he was the most advanced cyborg ever created. Before he became Dallas 13, he was once a man named Darius, an intelligent OMAR operative and Obake's best friend. It's not exactly known what he did for the company, but he could have been an assassin or henchmen for Clyde. He and Obake were tasked with infiltrating Stanford University and stealing the Time Displacement Capsules. Their mission was a success, however Darius made a mistake and paid for it with his life (he was killed by either Clyde himself or another assassin). Knowing that Darius's brain could still be a huge asset to the company, Clyde ordered his scientist to implant it into a highly-advanced robotic body, and thus Dallas 13 was born.

Ending

Dallas 13's death by the hands of Houston in his ending in Vigilante 8: 2nd Offense.

In his ending, Dallas 13 successfully captures Houston and is moments away from terminating her. Before he gets the chance, Houston kicks Dallas in the chest, knocking him down. Houston then proceeds to pull out some kind of power source in him, killing him.

Dallas 13 drove the Palomino XIII, a futuristic hover car that had good acceleration as well as speed, but low avoidance.
